An architecture graduate from CEPT, Ahmedabad, Shamini Shanker Jain founded SS+PD Architects in Jaipur with Pranay Deep in 1987. She is currently the National Hon Secretary of the Indian Institute of Interior Designers (IIID). She is a member of the Board of Directors at Manipal University, Jaipur, the National Executive Committee of the WICCI (Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce & Industry) Architecture Council, and the Core Committee of the Rajasthan Chapter of IGBC.

Ar. Shekhawat graduated from Jawaharlal Nehru Technical University, Aurangabad and did his Masters from School of Planning & Architecture, New Delhi.
Ar. Shekhawat is a well-known architect with over 20 years of professional experience. He has created some of the prominent urban landmarks across various cities. Presently he is the founder & principal architect of IDEAS, one of the leading design firm in Jaipur. He is Chairman of Indian Institute of Architects Rajasthan Chapter and Chairman ARCASIA Committee on Architectural Education.
Ar. Shekhawat also have 7 years of teaching experience in Malviya International Institute of Technology, Jaipur. He has won many awards including JK AYA State Commendation Award.
Ar. Kiran S. Mahajani, Jaipur
Ar. Kiran Mahajani has 23 years of professional and academic experience in architectural field. He is running his two firms called Aayojan Architects and Ayojan School of Architecture as Director and Principal at Jaipur. His firm Aayonjan Architects is an active firm in North, Central and Western India and Aayojan School of Architecture is an under graduate and graduate college with a strength of 700 students. His architectural firm has completed many important projects of all types in major parts of North and Western India.

Ar. Ravi Kumar Gupta, a well know architect from Jaipur has completed his architecture from Chandigarh in 1974. After completing graduation in architecture he started his office in the same year. He has completed various projects like Houses, Commercial Buildings; Hotels He is also working as architectural consultant in various Government institutions, corporations, departments etc. Ar. Ravi Kumar Gupta is also associated with charitable organizations and carrying out the design activity for the same.

The development comprises 3 tower blocks, consisting of 243 residential apartments, ranging from 2BHK to 4BHK units.

Materials of Construction Details:
The structural system of the building follows a conventional approach with a frame structure and brick partition walls.
The finishes are kept simple, using plaster and weather-proof textured paint.
Other materials have been chosen with the intention of easy maintenance as well as to enhance the overall scale.
