Description of Project:

We designing a residence should create an identity as well as a setting that the owners can personalise according to their require- ments and taste. We belive in designing homes that are warm and comfortable even as they reflect the taste of their residants.when we meet with tripathi family they give a very small brief and some experiences with us.they required followed vastu norms,introverte kind of nature,modern look with minimum maintenance and they also demanding green terraces and lawn area for gathering.

The design of the house grounds the relationship of human being with the most essential elements of nature skylight, breeze and trees. the idea is a result of thinking out of the box with the house being closeted yet allowing the outside to penerate inside the house symbolically as a larged house it is composed of living room, kitchen, dining,pooja,hometheatre,gym and green terraces.

The concepts of openness is derived from segregationg the spaces from the most public to the most private which makes the central areas visually connecting area to the all areas ground floor carried drawing room with guest room,servant room its an most public area so we planned swimming pool area on back side of drawing area and we provide direct connectivity through first floor through interesting stair- case. so that area maintain its family privacy and its court have waterbody,landscape with levels and sitting area so its become very important area in house. we planned bedrooms on first floor with living area,kitchen and living area double heighted voluminous with garden area sits as an edgy expansion of the living room becoming another important open space of the house.we planned children room. with study area and home theatre on second floor so that they have his on privacy.The master bedroom toilet has a outdoor bathing area with landscaping and also have a upper levels open to sky so that we can enjoy rain in monsoon.

The courtyard is designed with 13’x15′ the house has been designed in such a way that all the living spaces and passages face open spaces and gardens which was also the main design concept since its inception thus creating a central courtyard its a major design element this also makes the design an introvert one.formal living room comes first along with two bedrooms followed by 6′ wide passage parallel to central courtyard living and master bedroom have big landscape terraces becaause this area maximum used which also adds value to the north side landscape terrace.

The house has big openings and skylights to allow ample light to be entered into the house throughout the day screens and deep green terraces protect these huge openings from the harsh sun.green terraces also become wonderfull outdoors spaces during relatively cool evenings and mornings.

R.C.C frame structure.

The verandah covered with wooden planks with natural stone.

Custom designed teek doors.

Used double glazed glass for double height area to reduce heat gain.

Provide italian marble on entrance verandah and stairs.

Used mat finish ss railing with glass for all balconies.

Used natural stone in master bedroom outdoor toilet floor finish.

Used cavity walls with air gap on western wall.

Clear white walls with vertical green gardens to reduce heat.

Used water of swimming pool and waterbody is reused for gardening purpose.

Rain water harvesting well planned to save water and increase water level in ground.

planned central court with waterbody to create a helthy environment and its also play major roll in house.

we dont disturb natural wind path so its create air environment in house.
