He advocates for buildings that are naturally ventilated and illuminated, reducing energy dependency. Civic & Infrastructure: Instrumental in developing Ranchi’s capital infrastructure, including the Ranchi Railway Station (Renovation) and the Jaipal Singh Stadium.

A graduate of the prestigious Sir J. J. College of Architecture, Mumbai, Rajiv began his career with residential and commercial projects. His practice saw significant expansion in the early 2000s following the formation of Jharkhand, where he became a key figure in designing the new state’s government buildings and infrastructure. Beyond his practice, he is a dedicated mentor who has inspired generations of young architects through his commitment to architectural integrity.

Ar. Sandeep Kumar Jha

Ar. Sandeep Kumar Jha is director of AXIS consultants at Ranchi, also Chairman of VIKALP, an NGO working for promotion of Cost Effective Construction Technologies and Visiting faculty at the Architecture Department, BIT Mesra, Ranchi. He is Registered with the Council of Architecture and also Life Member of The Indian Institute of Architects. He has Designed and constructed so many important Low Cost housing project near Ranchi such as Valmiki Ambedkar Awas Yojana for slumdwellers for Ranchi Municipal Corporation and HUDCO (408 Units) through Vikalp at Bargama, Namkum. He is also Author of several articles in newspapers for awareness about architecture and interior design.

Ar. Satyaki Sarkar, Ranchi (Professional Advisor 22nd AYA)

Dr. Satyaki Sarkar is the Reader in Department of Architecture, Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra.  He has great academic and professional experience. He has attended various Seminars & Workshops and also presented papers in various seminars, workshops, and conferences. He is also handling various administrative responsibilities in Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi.

Dr. Manjari Chakraborty

Dr. Manjari Chakraborty is currently serving as the Dean, of Infrastructure and Planning at the Birla Institute of Technology, Ranchi with a professional and teaching experience of 30+ years. She is the Founding member of the Dept of Architecture, BIT Patna and Dept of Architecture & Planning, BIT Mesra, Ranchi. Her major areas of research interest are Architecture Education, Sustainable and Green Architecture, Ecology and Environment and Building Technology. She has worked on a large number of multifarious buildings for BIT as an Institute Architect and as a Principal Coordinator for the external Design Consultancy. She is the recipient of the “Career Award for Young Teachers” and the author of the Book “Designing Better Architecture Education” & many National and International level articles.
