Four decades of rich experience in architecture, design and development, Rajiv spearheads the globally awarded and recognized design firm StudioKIA located in Gurgaon (with a representation in the UAE).

He has built an energetic and enthusiastic team through inspiration, vision and leadership. The design studio has a consistent record of delivering designs close to original intent and within the stipulated time and budget. A thought leader in creating contextually relevant, aesthetic and experiential environments that transcend scale and use, every day is a learning experience and seeking inspiration from everything around, is his mantra. “Each completed project appreciated by the client and end- users is recognition and an award in itself. For us it is always about people, hence, all our designs are people centric“says Rajiv.

The current portfolio profiles a boutique, luxury villa development in the hills and master planning of a vast university campus and designing of a 1600 bed hospital, Ayurveda hospital and college, Library building, Convention centre, amongst others . Expertise and excellence in Master planning, high rise Residential, Luxury villas, Hospitality, Institutional & Educational and Mixed-use developments has seen projects stamped across the globe.

Rajiv believes that in a give back to the profession is important and KIA-Building Tomorrow is our initiative to share, mentor, award, appreciate, encourage and inspire young talent by being actively involved in knowledge sharing platforms where student and fraternity interaction is encouraged.

Alongside, Rajiv is working towards contributing to a better and beautiful tomorrow by developing sustainable habitat which has its learning’s from the past and salutes our today by encouraging skill development and local construction techniques with construction workers in the rural, hill areas.
