Since maximum of the entries are submitted are with the design panels made by themself to show there creativity, We recommend the applicants to submit a designed panel.

We display 3' with x 6' height size one panel per entry to Jury members containing drawings, photographs & project description as per example mentioned in Code of Participation(COP-Page no. 8).

We shall print 3' x 6' hard copy on flex/fabric for display ourselves.

Please do not send flex / fabric print/ drawings hard copy.

e. Project is completed during calendar year 2022/2023 except revolving category.
