Ar. Harpal Singh, Executive Director (Arch) is a highly qualified and vastly experienced Architect. He has been working with Airports Authority of India and associated with major projects at Metro Airports like Delhi and Chennai. He is also been associated with development of non Metro airports like Leh, Srinagar, Amritsar, Chandigarh, Lucknow, Khajuraho, Varanasi, Guwahati, Dibrugarh, Ranchi and Bhubneshwar, just to name a few. Preparation of Master Plan for the airports, catering to operational planning and city side development including terminal buildings are some of the specialized jobs handled by him. He is presently associated with development works related to Kolkata and Chennai Airports where new terminal buildings and related infrastructure is planned.
Ar. Ms Mala Mohan, New Delhi
Ar. Mala Mohan holds the position of Joint Director General at Military Engineer Services. She is a graduate of architecture from 1983 batch of University of Kerala. She has done her specialization in Hospital and Administration Building design. She is the Nodal Officer for implementation of Green Building in Defence Sector. She has also handled various projects like Auditoriums, Hospitals, Residential Accommodation Planning of Regiments and the buildings therein as also Planning of Military Cantonments.2
Nilanjan Bhowal is one Of the leading architects of India who believes “Design is
nothing but placing a habitat in nature.” He has done his Masters from Catholic
University, Belgium and a Post graduate specialization in energy-effcient architecture
from Istanbul Technical University. Since 1995, Nilanjan has substantially contributed
in establishing the Green Building movement in India, receiving the IGBC Platinum
Award for North India’s first Green Home in 2014.
He has been awarded TERI’s SVGRIHA for India’s first 5 star green home. He has
received over 50 National awards for Architecture & design from JK/ NDTV Design
Awards, IIA, HUDCO, NDTV, IIID, CWAB to name a few. He has more than 250 national
& international publications to his credit and many authored articles in National &
International Professional journals. He has been invited for presentations at major
international conferences in the US. and Europe.
