Dipon is a gold medalist architecture graduate from the Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra Ranchi. After doing his academic training under architect Rafiq Azam in Dhaka, Bangladesh, he is currently working with Architecture BRIO in Mumbai. He has worked earlier with Didi Contractor in Himachal exploring earth and bamboo construction. Dipon loves travelling, exploring various communities and their practices. He has led acommunity driven pro bono project for post earthquake reconstruction of a school in Nepal and has a keen interest in sustainable and contextual architecture practices.
